City Liquors, an online and in-store liquor store in Cambridge is known for its impressive selections of wines, beer, whiskey, vodka, and other spirits. With vast experience in the industry, the local liquor shop was looking forward to delivering top-quality in-store and online shopping experiences to the customers. Since the shop was providing a brilliant selection of spirits and craft beer, all they needed is a responsive digital identity for exponential growth. Further, City Liquors was aiming at becoming a local leader in their niche.
Challenges
City Liquors approached to improve organic rankings for their brick-and-mortar liquor store as well as to design, develop, and improve their visibility and conversions for the online store. We had to develop a turnkey digital solution to boost their rankings with the ultimate goal of brand awareness, visibility, traffic, online reputation, and conversions for the local and surrounding vicinities.
Solutions
Our team planned a website revamping & digital marketing strategy consisting of SEO, Content Marketing, PPC campaigns, and SMM. At the onset, the liquor store’s ecommerce website performance was analyzed and social media pages were created to propel City Liquors’ brand awareness. Simultaneously, a link-building strategy and social media campaigns were implemented. High-value links were secured using far-reaching engaging content marketing.
