About Our Client

Northern Management Group is a leading Recruitment & Franchise Expert of Dunkin Donuts Shops through the Metro West & East area of Massachusetts. Their corporate recruitment and staffing solutions help the Dunkin stores get the best teams. The group also supports local community fundraising by donating coffee, donuts, and gift cards, and buying annually dedicating a part of its proceeds to social services. Northern Management group not only ensures great food but also exceptional guest experience and friendly ambiance at Dunkin’ Donut stores.

Challenges

Northern Management Group owned 24 Dunkin Donuts shops in Massachusetts. It was challenging and interesting to present their multi-dimensional services through a single digital platform. While showcasing products is easier, exhibiting services in an engaging way is rather a testing task. But we loved it and focussed on understanding their local presence to give the right shape to their website and digital campaigns. 

Solutions

An expert team of designers and developers laid the foundation of a fully responsive solution based on WordPress CMS. The project was driven by our presentation and hence our goal was to build clean and convincing information architecture. Simultaneously, we focussed on creating a responsive user-friendly website that would instantly inspire the visitors to connect with the group for different purposes with the right call to action and friendly structure.

Results

It took 2 months to get the complete layout ready. The site structure we created was successful in gaining new visitors to the website. The next 4 months focused on online visibility on search engines, social media, and other local platforms.
